Is there a tutorial on how to customize an item?
Yes, you can find the video walkthrough tutorial here (put video link here when completed). This video tutorial will walk you through the functionality of the customizer along with step-by-step instructions of how to edit.

How can I see my what I have ordered in the past?
All of your past orders and status updates can be found on you My Account page. The link to your My Account page is in the header menu of the Hub or at https://unleashedmarketinghub.com/account-page. You then can click on the “Your Orders” menu item in the side bar.

What if I need the product overnight shipping?
In order to get a product as soon as possible, you can select the “Overnight” shipping option while checking out in your cart. 

I can’t find the product I need to order. How can I order it if it isn’t on the hub?
If you have searched the site for the product you are looking for and can’t seem to find it, you can go to https://unleashedmarketinghub.com/contact and provide full details of what you are wanting to order and someone will reach out to you to help with your order.

How will I know if my order has shipped?
Once an order has been completed and shipped, you will be able to check in your My Account page under “Your Orders”. This should give you all the information needed on the status of each product.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
During the login process, you can click the Forgot Password button. Follow those steps to reset your own password.

Can I add a different shipping address to my order?
For each order, you can input whichever address you’d like that specific order to be sent.

If I own multiple brands, how do I switch in between the different brands?
In the header on your Hub, you’ll see the buttons for the brands you are associated with. You can click which brand you’d like to shop for and it’ll send you to that brand’s shop.

Can I save a product in the customizer that I order frequently?
Yes, once you edit a product inside the customizer, you can look in the left sidebar menu of the customizer and select “Save Product”. There, you can name the saved products and it’ll be there when you login to order the next time.

I ordered the incorrect product, what do I do?
If you made a mistake on your order, you can contact us via https://unleashedmarketinghub.com/contact. Make sure to put all the details in that form including product, order number and the product you were wanting to order.
